When charging the WHCH720N to an AC outlet, you need to use the supplied USB Type-C cable and a commercially available USB AC adaptor(not supplied) capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more. When connecting the headphones to a computer, use only the supplied USB Type-C cable, and make sure to connect them directly.
