I received my headset for Christmas and I was able to pair it up to my tv the first day or two,now it does.not The tv reflects it's paired ,but,up no sound,regardless . The volume control doe's not help. Help null

Put on headphones and voice indicator let's you know when it's paired and also on and off-must be interference from something else

Try unplugging your tv and try reconnecting. If that doesn’t work try deleting the headphones from the Bluetooth list on your tv and start the connect process again.

Have you tried unpairing them and pairing them back together? Did you check if the sound output of your TV is set to BT? Is your headphones actively paired with another device at the same time?
