“Hello, I️ purchased my speaker December 18 of last year, for some reason my Bluetooth doesn’t connect with any device. Is there any way , that I️ can take it to the Best Buy to get it fixed? Or any solution???”

While in Bluetooth mode, hold down the function button for about 3 seconds until the blue light flashes; that should make the speaker discoverable on your phone. If that doesn't work, time to take it back :-).
