Has anyone experienced the bass not working or going out? Bought as Blk Friday special in November, bass went out a couple weeks ago. Downloaded the Sony app to increase bass & change effect. Neither work. I do use them at a noisy job 40+ hrs wk. null

Bought it at the same time. I had the issue of crackling after few months. now I cannot toggle NC either. try resetting and initializing it 
If they dont post the URL, look for the Help guide on sony site for the model number
