Have you tried putting them in pairing mode? My headphones work for my iPhone. Maybe just putting it in pairing mode will help? To do that you have to hold the power button, no matter if the headphones are on or off. You hold the power button until the headphone says “Bluetooth pairing”. It’s roughly about a 7 second hold.
