A:AnswerHi there, Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the wattage of this speaker is not a public specification that we disclose at this time, and here is why. Watts tells an incomplete story when judging a speaker’s performance. To be more accurate you would need to know the watts, the dB rating, and frequency range (Hz) of all the speakers in the unit. Also, the distortion (THD) rate and the number of speakers driven for the rating of watts presented on the box. Yes, those things are not standardized. Then do some math, and you will get a general understanding of the loudness and range of the speaker in question. Then do that for all the different companies and you could compare with specs, though even if they were equal, they may sound different due to processing. At Sony we try to give you the absolute best sounding speaker, that has all the features our customers have told us really matter to them. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi Dawn, Thank you for your inquiry! This speaker can only be charged from an AC outlet connected with the supplied AC power cord (mains lead).
The USB port of this speaker can be used to charge your smartphone. And even if the speaker is not connected to an AC outlet, its built-in battery can supply power to a USB device.
Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi LSJ, Good question! Unfortunately, no. You will need to use a transformer to make the SRSXP500 work in a 240 V outlet since US models will require 120 V AC, 60 Hz. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi Miqu, Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, no. The XP500 cannot be paired with Alexa, Echo, or Google speakers. This is because the XP500 does not have WIFI built in. You may want to try the Sony SRS-RA3000, or SRS-RA5000 which do. Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi joe, Thank you for your inquiry. While the Sony SRS-XB700 is operating on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, it is possible for the sound to become low if the battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. If the sound becomes low during use, it is recommended that you adhere to the following procedure: Turn off the speaker and sufficiently charge the built-in battery to restore the device's optimal performance. Turn off the speaker.
Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.
Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi Golfer,
Thank you for your interest in our XP500. If your Wireless Mic uses a standard 1/4" plug and has its own receiver, it should work. But you cannot connect via Bluetooth to a microphone.
When using the Party Connect or Stereo Pair function, sound from the microphone is only output from the speaker to which the microphone is connected. By downloading Fiestable app, you can also enjoy various Karaoke features, such as Voice Changer, Echo, Key Control, etc. Hope this helps!
Regards,
Jess
