Waterproof (I tested it in a hot tub and shower while it was still early enough to return). Really neat IPS screen that is not only safe to get wet, it still works. Giant battery. Relatively unpolluted Android distribution, far, far less crapware than Samsung. Two SIM slots (one can take a microSD). Despite the large borders to the top and bottom, people love the look of the phone, if you care. Talk to iPhone X owners, most of them don't seem to love it. The downside, at least for the one I bought, is that the fingerprint scanner in the power button is disabled. I don't care to lock my phone, but per the Interwebs, if you flash the Euro ROMS you can use the fingerprint reader on your US phone. I personally didn't bother.
