Android Pay does indeed work. All you need is a PIN number. No biometrics involved.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not personally own this phone Currently but as far as Android pay goes ... Android pay does not require biometric protection you would setup a pin in order to use it so I personally would be surprised if Android pay was disabled on this phone.

But I am a customer of AT&T (Pre-paid) and I have my SIM on the phone and it works just perfectly. I did not have to do anything special. Just insert the SIM and start the phone. It even did configure automatically. I have also another SIM on it from a foreign carrier and the phone just manages both without any problem. I am really happy with this phone.
