“We bought a Samsung TV 32inch LED Q 50 Series on July 6, 2020 at Portland, Maine Best Buy. We can't get our head-set (ear plugs) to work even after we plug the cord into the audio plug on the back. These same ear-plugs work in our other Samsung TV?”

Hi there. Thanks for your great question. The headphone plug in on the back generally is only for a wireless receiver so you can use cordless headphones.
