“The Geek Squad set up my high end Samsung TV with my Sonos bar but I am not getting sound out of my TV/optimum cable. The sound comes out of the sonos for streaming services, but not for the tv. What should I do?”

you need to call them back to fix this issue. we get great streaming and TV sound from our Sonos.
