• I am not sure, but I would think if you provide a model number, you could probably order a replacement. Check to see if you can program your TV remote to control the sound bar as well

• Not sure, however my TV Remote, works on my Sounbar. Maybe, Best Buy, will order you a new Remote, if they don't have one available? Good Luck!!
