The call quality on these is excellent. One of the best I've had...even when using one earbud. I do notice, though, the right earbud lasts a lot longer than the left. What I do is put them back in the case when I'm not using them for an extended period of time. I get more use that way.

The sound quality is excellent, with one or both buds. I have went through many sets including Bose, beats and jaybirds. For the price, these are A1! My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last as long as some others.

I use one earbud on a daily basis to be aware of my surroundings, doesn’t affect the sound quality one bit. Not quite sure about when riding a bike but if you project your voice clear and loud enough it’s just like a high end earbud.
