Are these truely multipoint? Can I use them in a call on my laptop and then when I get a call on my mobile take that call without disconnecting from laptop?

Yeah, these can connect to 2 devices at once. Sometimes it gets a little clumsy, and I have to open the Soundcore app, go to settings, and toggle things on the device list to get it to pair correctly.
The device list also allows the buds to remember more than 2 devices, but only 2 can be actually connected at once.
