I took them out of the box, and I paired them to my iPhone XR, I already can tell they both work functionally as they should, but they’re both really quiet for some reason. Help? null

Did you download the app with it? I don't find that they're quiet. I do find that the right one seems to be the dominant one. For example. If I wear the left earbud by itself, it won't notify me the battery is low. The right one will notify me. Everything else seems to be normal.

To fix the sound issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged. 
- Make sure that the volume is turned up on both the earbuds and the connected device. 
- Please take off the ear tips, spray some alcohol and then used a dry fine brush to clean filters thoroughly. Please try more times.
- Leave the earbuds until the battery run down, after you recharge they are able to power on. Then please reset them again to see if these steps are helpful: "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds refer to an instruction video by searching the keywords "Jj08Fvh8mXU" online. And then pair them again to test.
- Upgrade the APP and firmware to the latest version and then do the fit test until you get both earbuds passed.
- Try these earbuds on another Bluetooth device to see if the problem persists.
