“I took them out of the box, and I paired them to my iPhone XR, I already can tell they both work functionally as they should, but they’re both really quiet for some reason. Help?”

Did you download the app with it? I don't find that they're quiet. I do find that the right one seems to be the dominant one. For example. If I wear the left earbud by itself, it won't notify me the battery is low. The right one will notify me. Everything else seems to be normal.
