• They will work independent if only one is inserted in the ear. They come with several customizable parts to fit snug but comfortable in the ear.

• Yes you may use either bud individually. You have a plethera of bud and tip sizes. Find the right combos and these well comfortably stay in place no matter the intensity of your workout!

• Im using these in the gym.. running/jumping, basketball and lifting weights. No issue staying in my ear. It comes with 4 different ear pieces. Im sure you will find a fit
