“I wear receiver in canal hearing aids. Will these headphone work over the hearing aids? In other words, will the sound be transmitted to the microphone of the hearing aids?”

Despite the answer above, I bought these headphones and found that they work very well over my Ric hearing aids. As long as the aids don't have feedback problems, which mine don't.
