“My father in law uses ITE hearing aids but still has to blast the TV. He's tried headphones but says they interfere with the hearing aids. Can he use these for TV without having to take out his aids?”

• Can't say for sure, but it might be worth to try them, if it does not work, you can always return them. I added the warranty on ours, for peace of mind.
