    • Answer Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not recommend putting king size comforters in our top load machines. Due to the agitator in the center, there isn't enough room for the comforters to move around in the unit. We hope this helps!

    • Answer Hi, Mike! Checking the warranty bond for our machines, it states the following: If the unit is operated in a multiple user setting or commercial application, the unit limited warranty is three 3-years parts warranty only. Frontload Washer or Stacked Washer/Dryer in commercial settings are under a 1-year parts only warranty for the entire product. Labor coverage is not included in these limited warranties.
