The pegs would not work on this trainer you need to replace the back bolt with a quick release that comes with the trainer. That tier should be fine just note any tires with extra resistance do to nubs or groves will Where out Much faster. As for manual I’m guessing you mean fix gear yes this will work on here just note that the fluid will make the trainer vary hard in about 10 mins of heavy peddling so if your set up is 48/11 you will be vary tired vary quickly. For fix gear the perfect ratio is probably 42/16 or 46/18
