As for manual I’m guessing you mean fix gear yes this will work on here just note that the fluid will make the trainer vary hard in about 10 mins of heavy peddling so if your set up is 48/11 you will be vary tired vary quickly. For fix gear the perfect ratio is probably 42/16 or 46/18
