- Answer I don' t know that they can email it anywhere else, but you can certainly take the code and forward it to the person you're planning to get it for. In my case I purchased this so I could give the code to a family member, her trial had just expired. Hope it helps!

- Answer Best Buy emails you an activation code that you enter into the “redeem” page on your account (if you already have one). Nice thing about it is that your 12 months will start from the end of whatever point you have currently paid for. If you don’t have an account yet, then your 12 months will start when you enter the redemption code. See my review for this item for additional details.

- Answer You cannot stack two cards for a year on top of each other. You can only redeem a 12 month card when there are 6 months of a redeemed card left on the account.

- Answer Yes, after you purchase the card you'll receive a confirmation email and then shortly after you'll receive an email with the digital code and the option to send as a gift to someone. When you click the "send as gift" option it will let you select the delivery date (there doesn't seem to be an option for specifying time of day though).

- Answer I don’t know how long it is good for. No expiration date was included. Don’t have to activate right away. You get the full 12 months from activation, not purchase date.
