Yes, after you purchase the card you'll receive a confirmation email and then shortly after you'll receive an email with the digital code and the option to send as a gift to someone. When you click the "send as gift" option it will let you select the delivery date (there doesn't seem to be an option for specifying time of day though).

You receive the email the same day of purchase with the key number to redeem it whenever you want.
