Ask the rep. They have a Geek Squad so they should. If not use recycling service that offer that function. Better, if you have time to learn, learn it yourself and do it yourself before using recycling service. It should not be hard to learn from basic wipe unless you set up your system with complicate systems and complicate programs and apps
