• There should’ve been an email that you get once your pre order comes in the mail that has a code for the pre order bonus. You should definitely contact Best Buy if you don’t get it.

• Check your e-mail. If not there, check your Junk/Spam e-mail folder. My code came in an e-mail on the same day that the game arrived (via shipping). Just go to the Store from your console and select the Redeem Code menu item.

• The code sheet with this dlc is behind the Star Wars old republic 2 code sheet. When you claim this code it will automatically download and then you may claim your loot items in the lower left hand corner of the start menu!
