There is only one Jedi Fallen order game at the moment, EA is releasing Jedi Fallen Order 2 towards the end of 2022!

No difference in the game or content. One is just the game and one is a Collectors Edition that came with cosmetic items for you ship, droid and Cal.

The technology in this game is more advanced, the pictures are amazing and the thing you can do a lot better.

The deluxe edition of the game has different cover art and has special lightsaber colors, a making of documentary and special costume downloads for Cal and BD-1 that you can only get in that version.

The cover with all the characters is standard. The cover with the main characters face profile is deluxe edition which costs more.
 I believe you get red Paints for (BD) the robot and Mantis (the ship), a art book, and director's cut videos.
