• I believe so, yes. There was a lot of content it downloaded from the internet before you could begin playing.

• no internet is required, however if you live in the middle of nowhere then yes you do need internet to download the game. but you knew that.

• Yes. Sort of. The file size is so large that you have to download through the internet. The disc is basically just a key to give you access to the download. As far as I know, after that, you can be offline to play.

• It will require internet just to download because it's 148 GB but this is not a games as a service game it does not require Internet to play once it is downloaded
