• Per answers to other questions: yes, French is one of the available audio tracks. The packaging indicates this is region-free (ABC), but I have no way to confirm (since I do not have a non-Region A player).

• Typically the 4K Discs are all Region Free. Previous releases of episodes 1-6 were not Region Free but may have changed when Disney remastered them for this set.
