• Check with Starlink. However I have read that the mobile service is usable in all of North America. Lots of over landers on YouTube use the service in both Mexico and Canada.

• Not with this kit, this is specifically for residential service, and as soon as you moved it from its location it would go offline. Starlink has a model that is designed for RVs (called ROAM) and another for boats. In-motion use is supported with Mobile Priority service plans and the Flat High Performance hardware, which is designed for permanent installation on your vehicle
