It has better sound quality and better app interface to fine tune your sound levels. Better sound quality for PC as well. The mic is better quality supposedly. If you go to Steelseries website it will have all the features and updates this headset has. Unless you have the extra cash or just want the newest tech, I would hold off for a sale. Don't get me wrong, I love the headset but the price is pretty steep.
