Does the easel type stand allow you to shift the tv viewing from facing one way to another? null

I’m gonna try my question one more time. Will the stand itself be movable by my own hands with the TV on it so I can move the whole thing - tv stand and all - say in one direction or another not pivoting it moving the entire easel by my own hands. Again not pivoting the TV, not rotating the TV physically moving the stand with the TV on it

Sorry to clarify my question what I meant is can you move the easel with the TV on it and shift it on your own. So maybe you have it facing the living room but you want to turn it around by turning around the easel to face the dining room?
