Yes to both. It will work on your camera in Manual, TTL, and multi-strobe modes. Off-camera it will work with your camera as an optical remote, where the Sunpak will fire when it “sees” another flash firing. Press the left RESET button to scroll through until you see S1 and S2 on the LCD screen. S1 works when your camera flash is on manual and S2 for when your camera flash is on TTL (the default setting on your camera.).
