• The tripod is a strong built , holds cameras really good of course if you tie it to a tree or something with no mayor shaking. Y wouldn't attach it to my motorcycle and go for a ride because for that you will need a mount

• This tripod is very stable. Like any tripod, when you crank the center lift all the way up you increase the possibility of tremors.
