• Probably. Games I preorder from Best Buy usually arrive on release day, though once or twice it actually arrived the day before.

• Depends. Usually they do good getting them out on time. The last pre order I did (Fae Farm), they messed up BIGTIME and I didn't get it until the Wed AFTER it released. It was a total mess and I was NOT happy.
