I got my points for the voucher on either the 28th or 29th of october. Id call support and have them check into that for you. They should be able to just ad it to your account

You usually get the $10 voucher about 30 days after you pick the game up, similar to how they award the rewards points.

I have had issues like this in the past, but not for years. Contact customer support and tell them what’s happened. They’ll make it right.

No but if you haven't yet you need to sign up with best buys gamer club save like 12 bucks every time you get a new game plus other perks

It showed up as my best buy rewards points for me. You might check your points and see if a large amount has been added.
