If you pre-ordered it with the free coin offer then you should get it. I don't remember if the coin was on the receipt, but I ended up getting mine a week later.

You just need to tell them about the coin if you don't get it and you will get an email after you get the game for $10 rewards.

You are not getting the coin. Best Buy is not carrying the coin on pre-order even though their advertisement say they do. Best bet is to go to your local BestBuy and make sure they carry the coin which they probably don't. Good luck with that.
