“I preordered 2 copies of the game (2 separate transactions) but only received a $10 voucher for one of them. When should I expect the second voucher? I double checked and did not see anything that mentioned that it is limited to only one.”

I did the same thing with NBA 2k18. Read the fine print. Only one reward per account per title. You won’t get two certificates, only one
