At the bottom of the next page will be an events tab that will tell you wether or not your store has it. Allowing other people to pick up stuff is somewhere in the account settings.

• I usually just google the question: insert game name Best Buy midnight release. Then usually one of the top results is an actual Best Buy website link directly to that section of their site.
