I just called customer support and the code was emailed pretty quickly. I also ordered the Shante box set and they emailed me the code as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What I did was emailed support. They got me the code. This happened to me on shantae too. When it was on black Friday sale, alot of people didn't get their code either. The only solution is to contact support and when you do they will email you the code guaranteed.
