This one comes with a game but more importantly this is a 7" OLED screen, wheras the other is a 6.2" LCD screen. Both have the same guts so games will perform the same on each, but the OLED screenwill provide brighter, richer (and bigger) gameplay.

If you refer to the bundle with Mario Kart 8, that is the original Switch. This one is the OLED Switch, with a bigger, better screen.
