There are Smash JoyCons but they are only found at this time in the bundle package. They might release them at another day or might be available in other regions at another date. For example, The Mario red JoyCons were only released in the US in the bundle package but they were released separately in Japan.

There's been a leaked Smash Bros bundle. It comes with a custom dock and custom Joy Cons. It hasn't been confirmed yet but people believe it's legit.

Doesn't look like it, nothing has been announced.
