If you purchased the pass from Best Buy they should have sent you an activation code which you then redeem on the Nintendo e shop.

The code is on your receipt. If you are a MyRewards member you should also get the code through email.

After downloading the pack to your switch, just start the game and Joker will be unlocked automatically (After April 9th, which is the day he was officially released)

I believe there's some sort of glitch that stops it from activating. IIRC, you will have to go into the eshop, click your profile pic, and "redownload" the joker pack and fighters pass. It's really small, like only 5 MB, but it fixed it for me.

You have to check in your email. Should be in the Promotions tab if youre on Gmail. It gives you a code for the Pass, and you have to put in the code in the Eshop. If you look in the pullout menu near the bottom it has an enter code option. Do that and input the code you got from the email.
