• There's a new section in the bottom corner of the games and more menu. It's a little door and all the new fighters are there

• I guess you have to reach a certain amount of battles first? Try fighting more.

• Have you tried going to the blue “games & more” section? There should be a purple/yellow icon in the bottom right corner that lets you unlock your missed fighter.
