Hi Ry! We are sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your T-580! Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the issue: Make sure all Swagtron hoverboards in the house are off. 1) Turn on Bluetooth on the phone. (If it is on, turn it off, wait, and turn it back on again. This is to ensure that you aren’t skipping this step.) 2) Wait for 15 seconds. 3) Turn on T580 hoverboard. (Confirm that the battery indicator light is green) 4) Go into the Bluetooth settings on the phone and press ‘SCAN’ or ‘search’ (If the phone is already scanning, press ‘STOP’, and press ‘SCAN’ again, so that it begins fresh) 5) If Swagtron Music does not appear immediately, wait 30 seconds. (If it still doesn’t show up, repeat steps 4&5) If this does not help to solve the problem, our certified techs are happy to inspect the unit for possible defects!
