Our Swagtron techs are happy to repair the unit for you. The unit would need to be allowed to die completely (can it be stuck in a closet or other area while the battery is fully depleted?) and then be shipped to us. This process can be started by filling out the form at rma.swagtron.com and being sure to attach your Best Buy receipt. We'll get it processed and send you a pre-paid UPS label.
