A:Answerif you download them through the app on a desktop they will download into a directory on your HDD. You can save them as .mp4 format. You would have to copy the HDD file to the thumb drive after saving it. Depending on your system, you may be able to save the file to a thumb drive and save a step.
A:AnswerThe Box I recieved had contact info for all the set up help you might need. I would email the company and ask for that info if it can't be located in the box. I'm surprised the install crew couldn't help. That's disappointing.

Although I cannot describe what exactly they offer that may fit your need, I can tell you they offer DVR/Wired camera systems, wifi cameras that work with an app, and I believe they have a wireless hub that the wireless cameras link to. Beyond that, Google and good wordsmith should point you to what you need.
