“Are the lights on the camera constantly on? Is there a way to turn them off, if so how dose that effect the clarity of the night-time images.”

Hello Matt, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. No, the lights can be enabled or disabled as needed. The cameras will produce a color night vision image if there is enough ambient lighting. If not, the camera will use IR light to produce a black and white nighttime image.
