No. The Biggest Laptop Id recommend is a 15-16" laptop.

I don't have that laptop to try, but I would say yes from all the other things I have put in it.

I have the MSI Gaming Series 17.3" laptop and it fits it very well. The edges come up to the zippered area, but do not put stress on the zipper. And I still have room for a tablet (I have a Surface I carry) in the first compartment. It's one of the few backpacks I've found that actually give the height for this laptop.

Yes. This backpack holds my 17" HP Omen with room to spare. I have put 2 laptops and 3 tablets un this backpack. Only one laptop would go in the dedicated spot for it at a time.
