Assuming you can still buy this bundle (I got it at launch last year), it comes with the following:
 a Switch 2 console (a tablet)
 a dock (that allows you to connect the tablet to the TV)
an HDMI cord with 4K capability
 a USB C charger that also powers the dock
 a brick for the charger
Joycon 2 Left Controller with an attachable strap
Joycon 2 Right Controller with an attachable strap
Joycon Grip (makes the left and right controllers a single controller)
A download code for Mario Kart World (some bundles already have the game downloaded, but mine had a code I had to put in)

Note that the Joycon controllers can both act as a single big controller or two smaller ones. They can also connect directly onto the console to play it handheld style.
