Can my switch 1 joycons pair with the switch 2? null

Technically yes, my Switch 1 joycons and pro controllers connected to my Switch 2. But sadly one of the joycons has disconnected and I can't get it to reconnect. I don't know why. Hopefully that gets resolved. But at least most my controllers connect.
