You can sign up for in-stock alerts through several free and paid outlets or look into renting or setting up your own bot to purchase it in the first few milliseconds that it goes up for sale. Do not rely on Best Buy's email system. It's ironically the slowest way to get notifications. Nintendo is trying to stop scalpers and get them into the hands of actual gamers.
